Vows Strengthen Diplomatic & Developmental Partnerships
Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has met with the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Richard Montgomery, in Abuja, as part of his administration’s keeness to enhancing diplomatic relations and explore strategic collaborations between Bauchi State and the United Kingdom.
The discussions focused on key sectors, including education, healthcare, trade, infrastructure, and investment, with a shared commitment to fostering sustainable development in Bauchi State.
Speaking, Mohammed reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to attracting foreign investment, strengthening economic partnerships, and implementing governance reforms for the benefit of Bauchi’s residents.
On his part, High Commissioner Richard Montgomery commended the Governor’s leadership and vision, expressing the UK government’s readiness to collaborate on projects that align with mutual interests.
Richard acknowledged Bauchi’s strategic importance and assured continued engagement in initiatives that promote good governance, development, and economic prosperity.
