Bauchi State Governor and Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, Bala Mohammed, joined Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State in Osogbo for the swearing-in ceremony of Osun’s newly elected council chairmen, showing strong solidarity with Governor Ademola Adeleke.
Speaking at the event, Governor Makinde, representing the PDP Governors’ Forum, warned the APC against turning Osun into a battleground, urging them to respect the rule of law and avoid political instability. He emphasized that any grievances should be addressed through the judiciary rather than resorting to self-help.
Governor Bala Mohammed’s presence reinforced the PDP’s commitment to supporting Governor Adeleke’s administration and ensuring democratic processes are upheld. The PDP Governors’ Forum remains focused on delivering good governance and protecting democracy across Nigeria.
